The Billy Bag is okay...I mean it works but it is really not like a REAL punching bag. Also, it is quite heavy once filled with water - make sure you put it where you want it before you fill it with water.

I really enjoy using this product without the videos. It gives me a great workout. However, this is my second Billy Bag and also the second to have an air leak. Guess I am hitting it too hard.

This product is not suitable for those who want to feel something heavy at the end of your nuckles when you throw a punch. It is basically air inside so may be appealling to women for more like accuracy technique when you punch but if your a female looking to unleash the inner energy within look for a bette product than this..it not effective at all.

I enjoy all of the Tae Bo workouts. I liked this one, but the bag that is supplied with the DVDs is crappy! I just ended up throwing the bag out and i do the DVDs without the bag. The bag Billy actually uses in the DVD is way better than the one he actually supplies! As always though, Billy makes exercising fun!
