I have always wanted a subscription to Sports Illustrated but found the cost prohibitive. But then Amazon came through with an amazing deal - I couldn't pass it up, plus I had a coupon. Sports Illustrated has the most amazing photographs and their stories are tops - I'm very satisfied.

Having not been a subcriber to SI in a while I was pleasantly surprised in the magazine articles and magazine format. They have more smaller articles and statistics rather for the busy reader who doesn't have time to read multipage articles.
One disappointment: I was bummed not to see Rick Riely's articles at the back of the magazine anymore.

We gave a one year subscription to our son who turned 15 in January. This subscription started so fast, and of course has been super reliable and has shown up every single week. He's not much of a reader, but he loves his sports, and this has been one way we've gotten a little bit more reading into his daily/weekly activities, and the gift was and is greatly appreciated! Now I have to figure out whose hands I'll be wrestling the swimsuit issue out of - my husbands or my sons! ;)

I recently subscribed to a magazine through Amazon and could not be more satisfied, with the price I paid and the speed at which my magazines started arriving. I have subscribed to this magazine, and others directly through the magazines and have waited up to 8 weeks for them to arrive. Not with Amazon. The subscription price beat any offer I have seen offered and I started receiving magazines in only 2 weeks. I will be using Amazon for all of my purchases from now on.
