As far as quality of this product I would have given it five stars, but face shields all have their pros and cons. I am currently using this one for Tae Kwon Do sparring. My Wife has a solid clear plastic shield that I have tried. This one gives you some distractions as your focal point passes from plastic to open areas. The solid ones, like my Wife's don't have that problem, but they scratch easily. In the long run you'd have to replace the solid ones periodically, and you would almost always be looking through scratches. For these reasons I favor this type. Also with this type you can wipe sweat or scratch your nose without taking off your head gear.
